We did not like the idea of answering the phone ourselves or using an answering system to do it. Having a live person who is knowledgeable, personable and receptive to a caller has definitely made a huge difference to all of our clients and more importantly potential customers. In addition to that; having the ability to have our phone calls forwarded to our cell phones and thus be able to answer calls wherever we might be is truly convenient.
